构建社会主义和谐社会是一个系统工程,也是一个长期的动态过程,需要完成的任务十分艰巨。财政手段不可能在构建和谐社会中包揽一切、解决所有问题,但应当积极地有所作为。近年来,我市财政在构建社会主义和谐社会进程中坚持以人为本,紧紧抓住广大人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的利益问题,集中精力促进解决“三农”、教育、医疗、社会保障、环境治理等方面的实际问题,为“和谐晋城”建设做出了应有的贡献。
