艾滋病已成为困扰世界各国的一大社会公害。云南由于其特殊的地理位置,是我国HIV感染者最多的地区,受到WHO及我国政府的重视,在我市进行高危人群和重点人群的HIV/AIDS监测,从而更进一步地掌握我市HIV/AIDS的流行情况,为政府和卫生行政主管部门制订预防控制艾滋病防治方案提供依据。
