目的探索娱乐场所服务小姐艾滋病干预模式和干预效果。方法组织干预人员到娱乐场所进行宣传教育和干预,干预数次后随机抽取部分小姐进行艾滋病基本知识知晓率与安全套使用率调查。结果 2009—2011年干预覆盖率分别为74.0%、73.9%和79.3%。干预对象艾滋病基本知识知晓率分别为83.2%、76.7%和87.8%,艾滋病防控措施知晓率72.8%、73.0%和81.0%;安全套有时使用率55.9%、62.9%和54.4%,每次使用率36.2%、30.3%和14.6%,从不使用率7.8%、6.7%和36.0%。结论调查对象艾滋病基本知识知晓率逐年升高,但安全套使用行为改变不大,建议从法律层面保证特殊场所安全套百分百推广使用。
Objective To explore the mode of AIDS intervention and the effect of intervention in the entertainment lady. Methods Interventions were given to education and interventions at entertainment venues. After a few interventions, some of them were randomly selected to conduct a survey on the awareness rate of basic HIV / AIDS and the rate of condom use. Results The intervention coverage in 2009-2011 was 74.0%, 73.9% and 79.3% respectively. AIDS awareness rate was 83.2%, 76.7% and 87.8% respectively. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and control measures was 72.8%, 73.0% and 81.0% respectively. Occasionally the condom use rate was 55.9%, 62.9% and 54.4% 36.2%, 30.3% and 14.6%, never use rates of 7.8%, 6.7% and 36.0%. Conclusion The awareness rates of AIDS among the surveyed subjects have been increasing year by year, but the behaviors of condom use have not changed much. Therefore, it is suggested to ensure the 100% promotion and use of condoms in special places from the legal aspect.
