江西省安远县是一个经济基础比较薄弱的山区农业县。自2000年被定为全国第二批财政支持科技扶贫示范县以来,安远县财政局充分发挥财政扶贫资金的启动引导作用,在项目区内,以果瓜菌药猪五大优势产业为载体,以科技为动力,真抓实干,使濂江、凤山、车头三个项目区1万多贫困人口的生产生活发生了巨大的变化。90%以上的农户掌握了2—3门农村实用致富技术,97%的农户摆脱了贫困。在示范乡的辐射带动下,全县农业支柱产业快速发展,优质农产品的规模得到不断壮大。去年,安远被国家有关部门定为全国无公害脐橙生产示范基地县,全国优质园艺产品出口示范区,该县“三百山”脐橙被国家质量检验检疫总局列为首批准许使用无公害

Last year, Anyuan was designated as a national pollution-free Navel Orange Production Demonstration Base County and a demonstration area for export of high-quality horticultural products by the relevant state departments. The county’s “Sanbai Mountain” “Navel Orange” was listed by the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine as the first batch of licensed products that are free of pollution
