城市土地利用与交通系统的一体化规划是目前城市可持续发展的重要途径之一,轨道交通在我国大型城市得到迅速发展。通过对当前世界上地铁站点的各种垂直空间利用模式进行研究和探讨,并在此基础上,以市域中心站点垂直空间的利用模式为重点进行成本和收益分析。研究认为,在我国大中型城市,通过地铁站点与城市物业的一体化建设,对地铁站点垂直空间进行有序、合理、综合、高效地开发利用,可以给各方经济主体带来收益。同时通过将各种设施的功能综合协调,可以实现城市有限空间资源的充分利用,发挥更大的社会效益。因此,地铁站点垂直空间综合开发具有紧迫性和合理性。
The integrated planning of urban land use and transportation system is one of the important ways of urban sustainable development at present, and the rapid development of rail transit in large cities of our country. Through the research and discussion on various vertical space utilization modes of the subway stations in the world at present, on the basis of this, taking the utilization mode of the vertical space in the center of the city center as an example, the cost and benefit analysis is carried out. The study shows that in the large and medium-sized cities in our country, through the integrated construction of metro stations and urban properties, the vertical space of subway stations can be developed and utilized in an orderly, rational, comprehensive and efficient manner, which can bring benefits to all economic subjects. At the same time, by comprehensively coordinating the functions of various facilities, it is possible to realize the full utilization of limited urban space resources and to exert greater social benefits. Therefore, the comprehensive development of the vertical space in the subway station is urgent and reasonable.
