On April 1, 1987, the State Council promulgated the “Public Places Hygiene Regulations,” which is the “Food Sanitation Law” issued by the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress in 1982, the “Drug Administration Law” issued in 1984, and the “National Frontier” issued in 1986.
