近年来,韩国连续发生重大工程质量恶性事故。今年6月29日,汉城一座7万多平方米的三丰百货大楼整体倒塌,造成400多人死亡,900多人受伤,200多人失踪,在韩国上下以至国际建筑界引起极大的震动。这类事故的频频发生,暴露了韩国工程建设在指导思想、建筑管理体制、企业经营思想和经营行为、工程技术以及使用管理等方面存在的问题,是片面追求施工速度,忽视工程质量,偷工减料、玩忽职守以及使用不当的具体反映。事故发生后,国际一些建筑同行,也联系这些事故,反省本国的工程建设质量管理工作。
In recent years, major accidents of major engineering quality have occurred in South Korea. On June 29 of this year, a total of more than 70,000 square meters of Sanfeng Department Store in Seoul collapsed. More than 400 people were killed, more than 900 were injured and more than 200 people disappeared. It caused great shocks in Korea and even in the international construction industry. Frequent occurrences of such accidents exposed the problems existing in the guiding ideology, construction management system, business management thoughts, business operations, engineering technology, and use management of Korean engineering construction. It is a one-sided pursuit of construction speed, neglect of project quality, and cutting corners and materials. Negligence and inappropriate use of specific reflections. After the accident, some international construction counterparts also contacted these accidents to reflect on their own quality management of project construction.
