(一)认识 众所周知,安全生产十分重要。当前,对安全生产的认识应上升到更高的层次。一般的认识仅局限于“国家财产受损失,生产受影响,个人与家庭受痛苦”,这虽正确,但还不够。随着国家对安全工作更加重视和法制逐步健全,对生产事故中的责任者已由单纯行政、经济处罚上升到必要时的刑律制裁。安全生产是社会主义精神文明建设的一个方面,关系到一个企业的形象,是企业管理水平高低的体现;搞好安全生产是企业管理者的职业道德问题。我们必须将安全生产提高到这样一个高度,才能真正从思想上重视安全。
(A) As we all know, safety is very important. At present, the understanding of safety production should rise to a higher level. The general understanding is limited to “the loss of state property, the production is affected, the pain of individuals and families,” although it is correct, it is not enough. As the state pays more attention to safety work and the legal system is gradually improved, the responsible persons in production accidents have risen from purely administrative and economic penalties to criminal sanctions where necessary. Safety production is one aspect of the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. It relates to the image of an enterprise and an embodiment of the level of enterprise management. Improving safety in production is a problem of the professional ethics of the enterprise managers. We must elevate our work safety to such a height that we can truly take security seriously.
