学术期刊担负着繁荣学术、探索学理、传播知识、承续文明的崇高使命,做好这项工作的意义自不待言。然而,人们对编辑、对期刊编辑工作重要性的认识却有偏颇。本文从阐述什么是编辑入手,分析期刊编辑工作与学术研究的关系以及编辑在学术研究中应有的作为,认为编辑工作是一项内涵丰富的创造性工作,正因为有了精湛的编辑活动,灿烂的学术文化才得以保存和发展。编辑工作为世界文明和人类进步做出了不可估量的贡献。
Academic journals carry the noble mission of prospering academics, exploring theories, disseminating knowledge, and continuing civilization. It goes without saying that the significance of doing this work well. However, there is a biased understanding of editing and the importance of journal editing. This article starts from explaining what editors are, analyzing the relationship between editorial work and academic research, and what editors should do in academic research. They think that editorial work is a rich and creative work. Because of the exquisite editorial activities, The academic culture can be preserved and developed. The editorial work has made immeasurable contributions to world civilization and human progress.
