突发性、间歇性,由痛点向周围放散的面颈部疼痛并非只有三叉神经痛。现将凡能在面颈部有发作性放散性疼痛疾病简单分述如下:1.三叉神经痛:主要表现为受累三叉神经的某一支、两支或三支分布区内出现阵发性短暂的剧烈疼痛,其性质似电击、刀割或撕裂。发作频繁,每日可达数十次甚至数百次。常有扳机点向三叉神经分布区放散。痛时面部表情肌和咀嚼肌抽搐或痉挛。临床统计40岁以上女性多见。右侧较左侧多见。
