目的对清远市连山壮族瑶族自治县人民医院神经内科门诊患者的主诉和病种进行分析,为当地神经系统疾病的防治工作提供依据。方法采用前瞻性调查的研究方法对2014年9月至2015年4月期间在连山壮族瑶族自治县人民医院神经内科门诊就诊的182例患者资料进行统计分析。结果在症状学方面,前5个最常见的主诉依次为头痛(27.47%)、头晕(25.27%)、疼痛(肢体/面部)(10.99%)、失眠(9.89%)、肢体麻木(8.79%);在病种方面,前5个最常见的病种依次为睡眠障碍(9.89%)、紧张型头痛(7.14%)、良性发作性位置性眩晕(6.59%)、坐骨神经痛(6.04%)、偏头痛(6.04%)。结论本研究初步分析了连山地区神经内科门诊常见主诉及病种,基层医生应提高常见神经系统疾病的专业知识,更好地为患者服务。
Objective To analyze the chief complaints and diseases of neurology outpatients in People’s Hospital of Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County in Qingyuan City and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of local neurological diseases. Methods A prospective investigation was conducted to investigate the data of 182 patients treated in the outpatient department of Neurology of People’s Hospital of Lianshan Zhuang and Yao Autonomous County from September 2014 to April 2015. Results In symptomology, the first five most common complaints were headache (27.47%), dizziness (25.27%), pain (10.99%), insomnia (9.89%) and numbness of limbs (8.79% In terms of diseases, the top 5 most common diseases were sleep disorders (9.89%), tension-type headache (7.14%), benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (6.59%), sciatica (6.04%), Headache (6.04%). Conclusions This study primarily analyzed the common complaints and diseases in neurology outpatient department in Lianshan District. The primary doctors should improve their professional knowledge of common neurological diseases and better serve their patients.
