采用热膨胀法和金相法,通过Gleeble-3800热模拟试验机测定X65管线钢在不同变形条件、冷却条件下连续冷却热膨胀曲线,确定其相变点。结合金相显微组织,并借助Origin绘图软件绘制X65钢的连续冷却转变(CCT)曲线,分析冷却速度、变形温度和变形量对相变点及相变后组织的影响规律,为X65管线钢的现场控轧控冷工艺提供理论依据。
By means of thermal expansion method and metallographic method, the thermal expansion curve of X65 pipeline steel was continuously cooled under different deformation conditions and cooling conditions by Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation testing machine to determine its phase transition point. The metallographic microstructure was combined with the Origin drawing software to draw the continuous cooling transformation (CCT) curve of X65 steel. The influence of cooling rate, deformation temperature and deformation on the transformation point and microstructure after transformation was analyzed. Controlled rolling and controlled cooling process to provide a theoretical basis.
