目的 研究新型吸入麻醉药地氟醚对维库溴铵肌松作用的影响。方法 40 例ASAⅠ- Ⅱ级择期腹部手术病人,随机分为两组,各20 例,两组均采用表面麻醉下静注芬太尼,异丙酚诱导插管。对照组以异丙酚持续静注维持麻醉,15min 后,静脉注射维库溴铵0.05mg/kg ,地氟醚组在吸入6 % 地氟醚15 分钟后,静脉注射维库溴铵0 .05mg/kg,使用MHJ- 2 肌松监测仪监测TOF情况。结果 对照组和地氟醚组起效时间分别为4.72 ±1 .37 和3 .82 ±1.09min,地氟醚组明显缩短,两组T1 显现时间为10 .08 ±2.47 和17.37 ±3 .78min;T125% 恢复时间为19.88 ±5 .91 和29 .78±5 .73min;T1 恢复90% 时间为30 .25 ±5.27 和49 .48±12.60min 地氟醚组明显延长,两组恢复指数分别为13 .67 ±3 .53 和22 .86 ±3 .58min ,地氟醚组延长。结论 吸入1MAC地氟醚能明显缩短维库溴铵起效时间,延长维库溴铵的临床作用和恢复时间。
Objective To study the effect of a new inhaled anesthetic agent, desflurane, on the muscle relaxant effect of vecuronium. Methods Forty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ patients undergoing elective abdominal surgery were randomly divided into two groups (n = 20 in each group). Both groups received intravenous injection of fentanyl and propofol for intubation. In the control group, continuous intravenous propofol was used to maintain anesthesia. After 15 minutes, vecuronium 0.05 mg / kg was intravenously injected. Desflurane group was intravenously injected with vecuronium 10% for 6 minutes after inhalation of 6% desflurane. 05mg / kg, using the MHJ-2 muscle relaxant monitor TOF situation. Conclusion Inhalation of desflurane with 1 MAC significantly shortened the onset time of vecuronium and prolonged the clinical effect and recovery time of vecuronium.
