目的探讨噪声对劳动者健康的影响。方法测定常州市武进区某企业不同噪声作业岗位的噪声强度,对该企业389名噪声作业人员进行职业健康检查,并对结果进行统计分析。结果作业场所噪声超标率76.47%,听力异常检出率、心电图异常检出率、高血压检出率均随着接触噪声强度和工龄的增加而增高。结论噪声已对该企业部分劳动者身体健康造成了伤害,须完善防护措施,加强职业卫生监督管理。
Objective To explore the impact of noise on the health of workers. Methods The noise intensity of different noise jobs in a certain enterprise in Wujin District, Changzhou City was measured. Occupational health examination was conducted on 389 noise workers in this enterprise, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The noise level exceeded the standard of 76.47% at work place. The detection rate of abnormal hearing, the detection rate of abnormal ECG and the detection rate of hypertension increased with the increase of contact noise intensity and length of service. Conclusion Noise has caused harm to the health of some of the workers in the enterprise. We must improve the protective measures and strengthen the supervision and administration of occupational health.
