随着经济全球化以及竞争环境的日益激烈,我国企业管理水平的不断提高,绩效管理也被国内企业接受并积极应用于管理工作中.但绩效管理是由国外引进,其理论和案例不一定适合国内企业.国有企业国内企业的代表,具有特殊的企业内外环境,对国有企业的绩效管理研究结果具有普遍适用性,能够对国内企业绩效管理具有借鉴和参考价值.本文通过对国有企业(以××公司为例)现状和存在的问题的诊断和分析,提出具体的解决途径,以期建立适合其自身特点的绩效管理体系.
