正常人的肾动脉为一级支，入肾门之前，分为前后两干，前干走行在肾盂的前方，后干走行在肾盂的后方[1]。作者在整理人体科技馆标本时，发现一例成人男性标本，其双肾动脉起始、走行、分支异常，两侧均有肾动脉提前分支且两侧均有副肾动脉变异，左侧副肾动脉平对腹腔干从腹主动脉左侧发出，起始后向外下方进入左肾下部，长约62．5 mm。右副肾动脉在右肾动脉上方从腹主动脉右侧发出，起始后向外下方进入右肾下部，长约52．1mm ，此类变异在临床上较为少见，但其对肾移植手术具有重要临床意义，故报道如下：“,” Normal renal artery for level 1 ,it into the renal hilum ,divided into both before and after dry ,dry before walking in front of the renal pelvis ,stem walk walk after in the rear of the renal pelvis [1 ] .Author in the human body science and technology museum specimens , find one adult male specimens ,the abnormal double renal artery origin ,course ,branches ,both sides have a renal artery branch in advance and have adrenal artery variation on both sides ,the left adrenal gland artery flat in from the left side of the abdominal aorta ,the celiac axis starting below the outward into the lower part of the left kidney ,after about 52 .5 mm long .Right adrenal artery from abdominal aorta above the right renal artery on the right side ,after starting below outward into the lower ,right kidney is about 43 .5 mm long ,this kind of varia-tion is relatively rare in clinic ,but its has important clinical significance for kidney transplant surgery ,so the report is as follow s
