Fiberoptic endoscopy is the best method for diagnosing and treating colorectal polyps. Microscopic removal of polyps, especially adenocarcinoma polyps, can effectively reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. It is an important measure for secondary prevention of colorectal cancer.
