目的:探究二维超声与四维超声联合检查对胎儿畸形产前诊断的临床价值。方法:选取我院于2014年8月至2015年2月接收的疑似胎儿畸形产妇326例,随机法分为对照组和观察组各组均163例,对照组采用二维超声检查,观察组采用二维超声联合四维超声检查,胎儿娩出后根据两种检查方法的检查结果,对比分析两种检查方法的诊断准确率。结果:对照组产妇娩出胎儿172例,胎儿畸形10例,观察组产妇娩出胎儿170例,胎儿畸形9例;观察组胎儿诊断准确率为88.9%,对照组胎儿诊断准确率为77.0%,观察组胎儿诊断准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),数据比较存在明显统计学差异。结论:在疑似胎儿畸形的产前诊断中采用二维超声联合四维超声检查,能够有效结合两种检查方法的优势,互为弥补不足,诊断准确率和临床价值高。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal malformation. Methods: A total of 326 pregnant women with suspected fetal malformations who were admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to February 2015 were randomly divided into control group (163 cases) and observation group (163 cases). The control group received two-dimensional ultrasonography and the control group Two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound, the fetus after delivery according to the results of two inspection methods, comparative analysis of two diagnostic methods diagnostic accuracy. Results: In the control group, 172 fetuses were delivered and 10 fetuses were malformed. In the observation group, 170 fetuses were delivered and 9 fetuses were malformed. The diagnostic accuracy rate of fetuses in the observation group was 88.9% and that in the control group was 77.0% Fetal diagnostic accuracy was significantly higher than the control group (P <0.05), the data showed significant statistical differences. Conclusion: The prenatal diagnosis of suspected fetal malformation using two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound can effectively combine the advantages of the two methods, complement each other, diagnostic accuracy and high clinical value.
