介绍了德国和捷克两国森林多功能经营和森林经营组织形式基本情况,以及其政策扶持的基本内容。总结了两国森林可持续经营的经验,主要包括可持续经营思想落实到具体经营管理活动中,经营组织形式以适应社会经济发展需求为导向;政策扶持与森林可持续经营具体措施相配套。这些都为推进我国森林可持续经营提供了借鉴和启示。
The basic situation of multi-functional forest management and forest management organizations in Germany and Czech Republic and the basic contents of their policy support were introduced. Summed up the experience of sustainable forest management in both countries, mainly including the implementation of sustainable management thinking into specific management activities, the management of organization forms to adapt to the needs of social and economic development as a guide; and policy support in line with specific measures for sustainable forest management. All of these provide reference and enlightenment for the sustainable forest management in our country.
