机车能耗作为铁路运输生产支出的主要项目,在成本预算管理中占有重要席位。客观上,机车能耗支出水平与线路、机车的实际状况息息相关,随着机车“长交路”“轮乘制”实施,给机车能耗的成本管理工作带来较大的“变数”。为了适应新的运输形式下,对机车能耗支出更高管理的需求,经过对现场充分调研、写实的基础上,提出了对机车能耗支出进行动态管理的思路。通过对机车统计数据、线路信息、配属机车信息的整理和组合,探索出一条科学务实的管理之路。
Locomotive energy consumption as a major project of rail transportation production expenditure, occupies an important seat in cost budget management. Objectively speaking, the level of energy consumption of locomotives is closely related to the actual condition of lines and locomotives. With the implementation of the locomotive “long-distance delivery ” and “round-trip system ”, the cost management of locomotive energy consumption will bring greater “variable”. In order to adapt to the new form of transportation, the demand for higher energy consumption of locomotives was put forward. Based on the full investigation and realistic work on site, the idea of dynamic management of locomotive energy consumption was put forward. Through the statistics of locomotives, line information, locomotives and information is arranged and combined to explore a scientific and pragmatic management of the road.
