One-time arterial infusion cannula has been widely used. The fluid gradients at both ends of various intubation uses have not previously been compared. This article helps cardiothoracic surgeons to determine the intubation function used by adults in cardiac surgery. Through consultation, 120 doctors cited 155 commonly used perfusion cannulas. 29 of them are put into experiment. 82% of consultants used these cannulas as 21 F, 22 F and 24 F, respectively. The cannula is catheterically connected to a rolling blood pump with a radius of 127 mm. The circuit does not connect the oxygenator, blood reservoir and hemofilter.
