自2012年美国顶尖大学开始搭建在线网络教育平台为始,这种以计算机、互联网、多媒体为媒介的新型教育方式就开始席卷全球教育领域。短短四年时间,从无到有,再到如今“井喷式”的发展,人们对MOOC的热情持续高涨,其发展前景也受到了诸多人的看好。中国的各大高校、教育机构、互联网公司等等也都开始紧跟潮流建起了各自的MOOC平台及课程。MOOC的出现对传统的教育模式以及我国现阶段的外语类课程也产生了巨大冲击,本文先对MOOC的起源及发展进行了简单介绍,进而深入分析了外语类听说课程更需要MOOC的原因,最后结合其特点提出课程的设计及应用方案。
Since the beginning of the construction of the online network education platform by the top universities in the United States in 2012, this new type of education modeled on computers, the Internet and multimedia has begun to sweep the global education field. In a short span of four years, the enthusiasm of people toward MOOC has been on the upswing ever since its inception, and nowadays, the development of MOOC has also been greatly favored by many people. China’s major universities, educational institutions, Internet companies, etc. have also started to follow the trend of setting up their own MOOC platform and courses. The emergence of MOOC has also had a huge impact on the traditional mode of education as well as the current foreign language courses in our country. This article briefly introduces the origin and development of MOOC, and then analyzes the reasons why MOOC is more needed in foreign language listening and speaking courses. Finally, combining the characteristics of the proposed curriculum design and application programs.
