目的评价分析布地奈德联合华法林钠对结肠炎的治疗价值。方法 120例结肠炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。所有患者均给予常规治疗,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予布地奈德治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上给予华法林钠治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组患者缓解47例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组患者缓解40例,有效6例,无效14例,总有效率为76.7%。观察组患者总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,观察组腹痛54例,腹泻60例,血便58例;对照组腹痛55例,腹泻59例,血便59例;治疗后观察组腹痛4例,腹泻2例,血便3例;对照组腹痛14例,腹泻13例,血便8例。两组患者在治疗后临床症状均有所改善,观察组改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德联合华法林钠对结肠炎患者进行灌肠治疗具有较好的临床效果,可在临床中广泛应用。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic value of budesonide combined with warfarin sodium on colitis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with colitis were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. All patients were given routine treatment. Patients in the control group were treated with budesonide on the basis of routine treatment. Patients in the observation group were given warfarin sodium on the basis of the control group. Observation of two groups of patients treatment effect. Results After treatment, 47 patients in the observation group were relieved, 9 were effective and 4 were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 93.3%. In the control group, 40 were relieved, 6 were effective and 14 were ineffective. The total effective rate was 76.7%. The total effective rate in observation group was significantly better than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Before treatment, the observation group had 54 cases of abdominal pain, 60 cases of diarrhea and 58 cases of bloody stool. The control group had 55 cases of abdominal pain, 59 cases of diarrhea and 59 cases of bloody stool. After treatment, 4 cases of abdominal pain, 2 cases of diarrhea and 3 cases of bloody stool were observed. 14 cases, 13 cases of diarrhea, bloody stool in 8 cases. The clinical symptoms of both groups improved after treatment, and the improvement in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Budesonide combined with warfarin sodium for colitis in patients with enema treatment has a good clinical effect, which can be widely used in clinical practice.
