“快速建井”一书的编写任务,是在去年四月煤炭部在鹤壁召开的煤矿基本建设现场会议时提出的。经部同意,由我院建设系负责编写,自此,即着手进行该书编写的准备工作。于去年八月正式开始编写。在整个编写过程中,无论是在确定编写目的,确定正确的编写指导思想,拟定编写大纲,讨论编写方法和步骤,分赴全国各大矿区收集资料和以后的编写与审校工作等方面,都是在煤炭部基建司的领导与支持下,在院党委和系党总支的直接领导下进行的,自始自终,坚持了政治挂帅,坚持了大搞群众运动,大搞共产主义协作的作法;通过现场各级领导,工程技术人员和工人同志们的热情帮助和积极支持,才使我们在较短的时间内就编出这本书来。
