稻田年内水旱轮作研究表明:在夏作成熟期,轮作区玉米田土壤中5种微生物(除厌气细菌外)和7种主要生理群细菌(除钾肥分解菌外)的数量,都明显高于连作区的早稻田,经灌水种植晚稻,到晚稻成熟期它们的数量(除酵母菌、硝化细菌和反硝化细菌外),轮作区与连作区的差别明显缩小.微生物这一变化情况,与同时期土壤中速效氮、速效磷、速效钾含量的变化,十分相似.可见稻田年内水旱轮作不仅影响土壤微生物,同时也影响土壤中速效养分的含量
The results showed that in paddy field during the summer ripening stage, the quantity of 5 kinds of microorganisms (except anaerobic bacteria) and 7 kinds of major physiological bacteria (except potassium decomposing bacteria) in the corn field in rotation area were significantly higher In the early paddy fields in continuous cropping areas, the number of late rice cultivated by irrigation and the maturity of late rice (except yeasts, nitrifying bacteria and denitrifying bacteria) significantly reduced the difference between crop rotation and continuous cropping. The change of microorganisms is very similar to the change of available nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium in the same period. It can be seen that the rotation of paddy fields during the year affected not only soil microorganisms but also the content of available nutrients in the soil
