在2005年3月昆明召开的“零售连锁药店经营模式创新高峰论坛”上,许多零售连锁药店的老总呼吁“结盟”,希望借此能有效遏制企业经营状况和经营环境不断恶化的局面。据中国医药商业协会连锁药店分会提供的统计数据,全国零售连锁药店的盈利状况令人担忧,在某些区域市场有50%亏损,30%保本,只有20%盈利。这里我们将通过对一家医药连锁企业的信息化管理成功经验的介绍,提供一个可供参考的方案。
In March 2005, Kunming held a “retail chain drug store business model innovation summit”, many retail chain pharmacies CEO called for “alliance” in the hope that this can effectively curb the business conditions and deteriorating business environment.
