二十三年前,我带着一张稚气未脱的面孔走进了校园,从此开始了自己的语文教学和班主任工作的生涯,和一群孩子结下了不解之缘。尤其是这三年,学校改制为寄宿制小学后,在班级管理的道路上,我也是从懵懵懂懂、跌跌撞撞走过来的。现在我不敢说我是成熟的、成功的,但是我想我的班主任工作经历,让我学会了淡定,学会了从容。经验谈不上,在此,我只是想和大家分享一下我的心得和体会。一、努力将工作做到细处,做一个细心的“家长”
