I. INTRODUCTION Since the magnetic recorder was invented in 1898, magnetic recording materials have greatly developed. In particular, the development in recent years has been even more rapid. Statistics show that in 1982 the United States Silicon Valley magnetic recording product output value has exceeded the semiconductor output value. Visible the importance of magnetic recording technology
