影响卷材屋面防水质量的因素很多,其中是否正确地使用胶粘材料是重要原因之一。我们经常看到一些工地使用石油沥青(纯沥青)作卷材胶粘材料,这是不符合现行《屋面工程技术规范》(GB50207-94)规定的。现行规范的条文说明中写道:“采用普通石油沥青(高蜡沥青)及纯沥青作卷材防水层胶粘材料的耐老化性能不好,容易影响工程质量。”这段话已经将不应采用纯沥青的道理说得很清楚了。
There are many factors that affect the waterproofing quality of coiled roofs. One of the important reasons is the correct use of adhesive materials. We often see some construction sites using petroleum asphalt (pure asphalt) as coil adhesive material, which is inconsistent with the current “Technical Specifications for Roof Engineering” (GB50207-94). The current specification notes that: “The use of ordinary bitumen (high-waxed asphalt) and pure bitumen as the waterproofing layer of the coil material has poor aging resistance and can easily affect the quality of the project.” The reason for using pure asphalt is very clear.
