上世纪80年代之后,随便“市场经济”意识形态的兴起,住房制度改革开始往“住房市场化”方向转变。直到现在,房地产业已经经历了多起兴发、繁华、失控和调控等各个阶段,成为国家发展和人民生活密切关注的重要部分。国内激荡汹涌的房地产热潮在新闻媒体上也有明显的表现,房地产新闻占据了新闻版面和内容的重要部分,是国内经济新闻的绝对主力。可是房地产新闻同样也存在着片面的博取眼球关注、抢热点、信息失真等问题。房地产新闻影响到百姓的生活利益,涉及地方和国家长期稳定的经济发展态势。本文以近期“上海夫妻离婚买房”这一新闻热点为例,浅析当前我国房地产新闻报道的走势和偏向,对其存在的问题和可能的解决策略进行分析。
After the 1980s, with the rise of the ideology of “market economy”, the reform of the housing system began to shift toward the direction of “housing market reform.” Until now, the real estate industry has experienced various stages of development, prosperity, loss of control and regulation. It has become an important part of the country’s development and people’s livelihood. Domestic turmoil in the real estate boom in the news media also has obvious performance, real estate news occupy an important part of the news page and content is the absolute main force of the domestic economic news. But real estate news also exists one-sided gain eye attention, grab hot, information distortion and other issues. Real estate news affects people’s life interests, involving the local and national long-term and stable economic development. This article takes the recent news hotspot of “Shanghai couples to buy a house for divorce” as an example, analyzes the trend and bias of current Chinese real estate news reports and analyzes its existing problems and possible solutions.
