社会经济的发展促进了交通行业的发展,近些年来,我国轨道交通行业有了大幅度的提升,表现最为明显的就是高速铁路发展,但是随之而来的问题便是工程造价控制和管理,文章以此为背景,针对现阶段高速铁路工程造价控制现状进行了简单的分析,在此基础上从投资决策、工程设计以及施工阶段工程造价控制出发,对高速铁路全面造价管理控制进行了分析。
The development of the social economy has promoted the development of the transportation industry. In recent years, China’s rail transportation industry has been greatly improved. The most obvious manifestation is the development of the high-speed railway. However, the ensuing problems are the control and management of construction costs, Based on this background, this paper analyzes briefly the status quo of high-speed railway project cost control, and based on this, analyzes the comprehensive cost management control of high-speed railway from investment decision-making, project design and construction cost control.
