目的探讨子宫动脉栓塞配合清宫治疗子宫疤痕妊娠的方法、疗效及并发症。方法 2008年1月~2012年1月我院收治10例子宫疤痕妊娠,采用经导管双侧子宫动脉内灌注甲氨喋呤+头孢西丁,然后予明胶海绵栓塞双侧子宫动脉,4~5天后再予清宫。结果 10例子宫疤痕妊娠经插管栓塞配合清宫后,宫腔组织完全清理干净,术中出血少,保留了生育功能。结论对于子宫疤痕妊娠采用子宫动脉栓塞配合清宫的治疗方法安全有效,无并发症,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the method, efficacy and complications of uterine artery embolization combined with curettage in treating uterine scar pregnancy. Methods From January 2008 to January 2012, 10 cases of uterine scar pregnancy were treated in our hospital. Methotrexate + cefoxitin was infused via bilateral uterine artery in the catheter. Then bilateral uterine artery was embolized with gelatin sponge. Days after the Qing. Results 10 cases of uterine scar pregnancy after intubation with the curettage, uterine tissue completely clean, less bleeding, retained reproductive function. Conclusion The treatment of uterine artery embolization with hysterectomy for uterine scar pregnancy is safe and effective without complications and is an effective treatment.
