在小麦旗叶展开后至成熟期间,用尿素处理小麦植株,结果表明:在开花、灌浆前施用尿素能提高叶片的叶绿素含量,延长叶绿素含量缓降期(对下部叶片的作用尤为明显),使植株在生育后期能保持较高的绿叶面积;同时能提高叶片的光合速率,延长光合速率高值持续期,增加叶源量,从而提高千粒重和穗粒重。统计分析表明:叶源量与叶绿素含量缓降期、光合速率高值持续期、千粒重和穗粒重均呈显著的正相关。叶源量是叶片光合特性的综合性诊断指标。
The results showed that applying urea before flowering and filling could increase the content of chlorophyll in leaves and prolong the descent of chlorophyll content (especially for the lower leaves) Plants can maintain high green leaf area in later growth period, improve photosynthetic rate of leaves, prolong the duration of high photosynthetic rate, increase leaf source, and improve 1000-grain weight and ear kernel weight. Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the amount of leaf source and the descending of chlorophyll content, the duration of high photosynthetic rate, the thousand-kernel weight and the spikelet weight. Leaf yield is a comprehensive diagnostic indicator of photosynthetic characteristics of leaves.
