Based on the practical experience of the Paris Commune, Marx put forward the famous theory of cheap government. Lenin led the Soviet Russia to conduct a practical exploration of this theory and set a brilliant example for the construction of cheap government by the socialist countries. Studying Lenin's historical practice process and experience with Marx's theory of cheap government has great guidance and reference for our country's government system reform in the new era.
