On October 25, 2017, at the second China-Central and Eastern Europe (16 + 1) Transport Ministers’ Meeting and Business Forum held in Warsaw, Poland, HE Jianzhong, Vice Minister of Transport of China, and Bulgaria Ministry of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Vice Minister Velik Zanchev witnessed the signing of the statutory delegation agreement of CCS Bulgarian maritime administration to CCS by Sun Feng, Vice President of CCS, and Zhivko Petrov, Executive Director of Bulgarian Maritime Administration. The signing ceremony is one of the contents of the two ministerial-level meetings between the two countries.
