安全生产已成为煤矿企业生产经营活动中的重中之重,许多劳动安全事故,是由于有关人员安全意识淡薄、违章作业、专业和安全知识缺乏、管理不善等原因造成的;人力资源部门应配合安全生产监察部门,运用独特有效的管理手段规范员工在劳动过程中的行为,共同防范劳动安全事故的发生,促进煤矿劳动安全管理水平的提高。是否是有效的人力资源管理,已成为现代煤矿企业人力资源管理的瓶颈问题。本文在分析现代煤矿企业人力资源管理存在的问题的基础上,提出了加强煤矿企业人力资源管理有针对性的措施。

The human resources department should cooperate with The work safety supervision departments use unique and effective management measures to standardize the behavior of employees in the labor process, jointly guard against labor safety accidents and promote the improvement of labor safety management in coal mines. Whether it is an effective human resource management has become the bottleneck of human resources management in modern coal mines. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of human resources management in modern coal mines, this paper puts forward some measures to strengthen human resources management in coal mines.
