张学思,中国人民海军的创建者之一、爱国将领张学良之弟。1916年1月6日出生于奉天(今沈阳)“大帅府”中,为奉系军阀张作霖的第四个儿子。1933年,张学思加入中国共产党,投身革命。历任八路军冀中军区参谋处长、平西军分区副司令员、辽宁省政府主席、省军区司令员、东北行政委员会副主席。新中国成立后,先后担任大连海军学校副校长、海军司令部副参谋长、参谋长等职。1970年5月29
