将１００名孕龄为６周～１４周的健康初孕妇随机分为两组，插棒组于吸宫术前６ｈ～６ｈ将一次性宫颈扩张棒置入宫颈管内，用药组于吸宫术前１分钟～２分钟将浸有１％地卡因的棉签置入宫颈管内。结果显示：插棒组宫颈扩张效果好，手术时间短，术中失血量少，人流反应轻，（Ｐ＜０．０ｌ），两组差别有高度显著性。
100 healthy pregnant women with gestational age of 6 weeks to 14 weeks were randomly divided into two groups. The pre-entrapped group was placed in the cervical canal within 6h ~ 1 minute to 2 minutes will be immersed in 1% of the cotton swab inserted into the cervical canal. The results showed that the effect of cervical dilation was good, the operation time was short, blood loss was less, and the flow of people was lighter (P <0.01). The differences between the two groups were highly significant.
