硫酸二甲酯系制药、染料、香料等工业的化工原料,又可作为芳香烃抽提用溶剂。本品属高毒类,毒性与芥子气相似。硫酸二甲酯急性中毒,国内外已有报告,最早的是天津市立医院报告重症急性硫酸二甲酯1例抢救成功的经验,1960年国外报告15例,后来也有报告。但例数都较少。我所自1969年——1975年间,共收治42例轻、中、重度急性硫酸二甲酯中毒病人,现报告如下:
