本文用ESR在直接冷冻和冰冻干燥两种条件下比较了大鼠正常组织心、肝、脾、肾、脑,肠系淋巴结和大鼠W_(256)腹水癌、小鼠U_(14)子宫癌中自由基含量的不同.发现这些组织中有一个g=2.0015的自由基信号.分析了直接冷冻和真空干燥样品两种条件对用ESR波谱仪测试自由基的优缺点及真空干燥样品使ESR信号增大的原因.本文还研究了用维生素C和抗癌药物长春新碱、硫杂脯氨酸处理U_(14)后ESR波谱的变化.
