本研究对来自四川、重庆、福建、河南、安徽等地区400名中小学教师进行了调查。结果表明:中小学教师在成功恐惧上存在显著性别差异,在工作家庭冲突上无明显差异;相关分析表明,工作家庭冲突与成功恐惧总分及各因子显著正相关。多元回归分析表明,工作家庭冲突的所有因子都是成功恐惧的重要影响因素,对成功恐惧有良好的预测作用。
In this study, 400 primary and secondary school teachers from Sichuan, Chongqing, Fujian, Henan, Anhui and other regions were investigated. The results show that primary and secondary school teachers have significant gender differences in fear of success and no significant differences in work-family conflict. Correlation analysis shows that there is a significant positive correlation between work-family conflict and total scores of successful fear and various factors. Multiple regression analysis shows that all the factors of working-family conflict are important influencing factors of successful fear and have a good predictor of successful fear.
