教师教学能力水平的高低关系到基础教育课程改革能否顺利进行。新课程改革不仅仅对现实教师提出了新的、更高的要求,也使未来教师面临挑战。高等师范院校作为未来教师培养的摇篮,只有进一步更新观念,加快改革步伐,努力提高师范生的教学能力,才能为各类学校培养适应课程改革要求的师范生,引导基础教育课程改革健康发展。
The level of teachers’ teaching ability is related to whether the reform of basic education curriculum can proceed smoothly. The new curriculum reform not only sets new and higher requirements for realistic teachers, but also challenges future teachers. As the cradle of teacher training in the future, higher normal colleges can only train normal students who meet the requirements of curriculum reform for all kinds of schools and guide the healthy development of basic education curriculum reform, only to further update their concepts, speed up the reform and strive to improve the teaching ability of normal students.
