社会经济的快速发展带来了工程项目建设的热潮,工程项目朝着大型化、复杂化等方向发展。工程项目的建设周期长、投资大、阶段性等特点使得工程面临的风险众多,各种风险贯穿在工程实施的全过程。内部控制作为一种新型管理模式,贯穿于企业生产经营活动的始终。目前,多数企业没有制定健全完善的内部控制体系,工程项目内部控制方面还存在很多隐患,不利于企业做好安全管理、成本管理、质量管理工作,不利于经济效益和社会效益的提高。必须大力加强内部控制体系建设,控制隐患,做好工程项目管理工作。
The rapid socio-economic development has brought about a boom in the construction of construction projects, which have progressed in the direction of large-scale and complex projects. The long construction period of the project, the large investment, and the characteristics of the stage make the project face many risks and all kinds of risks run through the whole process of project implementation. As a new type of internal control, internal control runs through the production and operation activities of an enterprise. At present, most enterprises do not have a sound and complete internal control system. There are still many hidden dangers in the internal control of construction projects, which are unfavorable to the enterprises in doing safety management, cost management and quality control, which is not conducive to the improvement of economic and social benefits. We must vigorously strengthen the internal control system, control hidden dangers and do a good job in project management.
