工匠精神是对产品精雕细琢、精益求精、追求卓越,并不断创新的精神理念。它的核心在于,不仅把工作当作谋生的手段,而且树立对工作的敬畏、对事业的专注、对责任的担当、对质量的执着、对完美的追求,并将这些品质内化于心,外化于行。作为传授职业活动所必需的技能、知识和态度,为社会培养技能人才的职业教育,必然在培育工匠精神中承担重任。那么,如何在职业教育过程内培育工匠精神?基于职业教育属性,笔者认为应该从专业课程的各个教学环节和校内
