房地产业是我国的支柱产业,它的发展对我国宏观经济有着重要影响。本文通过梳理我国房地产市场的发展现状,结合国家最新的房地产调控政策,分析其对我国经济未来发展的有利和不利影响,并对房地产业今后的发展提出具体的建议与措施。
The real estate industry is the pillar industry in our country and its development has an important influence on the macro-economy of our country. By combing the development of real estate market in our country, combined with the latest national real estate regulation and control policy, this article analyzes its beneficial and adverse effects on the future development of China’s economy and puts forward specific suggestions and measures for the future development of real estate industry.
