20年前,正值党和国家历史上具有伟大转折意义的十一届三中全会召开不久,随着平反冤假错案的进行和拨乱反正的深入进展,人们的思想空前活跃,各种说法层出不穷。以邓小平为核心的中共中央第二代领导集体,高屋建瓴,充分洞察到统一全党认识、引导全国人民正确总结历史、着眼未来的重要性,并为之进行了大量艰苦、细致的工作。在邓小平、陈云、胡耀邦等老一辈革命家的直接参与下,《关于建国以来党的若干历史问题的决议》的起草,几上几下,精心修改,终于定稿。本文追述了这一重要文献的起草过程,披露了大量鲜为人知的历史细节。
Twenty years ago, just as the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee with a great turning point in the party’s history and in the history of the country took place, with the advent of cases of rehabilitating, unjustly wrongful and false positives and deepening progress in disrupting the order, people’s thinking has never been more active and various opinions endlessly emerge. The second-generation leadership collective of the CPC Central Committee with Deng Xiaoping at its core has the full potential of building a stable home. It fully understands the importance of unifying the entire party and guiding the people throughout the country in history and the future. It has also done a great deal of hard work for it. With the direct participation of the older generation of revolutionaries like Deng Xiaoping, Chen Yun and Hu Yaobang, the drafting of the “Resolution on Certain Historical Issues of the Party since the Founding of the People’s Republic of China” has been drastically revised and finally finalized. This article traces the drafting process of this important document, revealing a large number of little-known historical details.
