滨州军分区干休所现有离休干部25人,平均年龄80.5岁,最大的90岁,最小的77岁。随着“两高期”的到来,老干部在生理机能衰退的同时,心理机能也发生明显的变化,不同程度地影响着老干部的身心健康和生活质量。近几年来,该所在搞好日常生活服务的基础上,高度关注老干部的心理健康,使他们保持了良好的心态,促进了干休所的和谐稳定。
Binzhou Military District cadres of the existing retired cadres 25 people, the average age of 80.5 years old, the largest 90-year-old, the youngest 77 years old. With the arrival of “two highs”, veteran cadres also experienced significant changes in their psychological functions while their physiological functions declined. They affected the physical and mental health and quality of life of veteran cadres in varying degrees. In recent years, on the basis of doing a good job in daily life services, the institute has paid great attention to the mental health of veteran cadres, kept them in a good attitude and promoted the harmony and stability of the cadres.
