教育是关乎国计民生的大事,职业教育是我国教育重要的一部分,在国家大力发展职业教育的同时,技工院校的学生管理显的尤为重要。技校学生和普通高校的学生存在很大的区别,技校里的学生管理根本就不能套用普通高校的学生管理办法,所以我们要针对技校学生的特点,探索出来一套适合技校学生的管理办法做到真正的“因材施教”。
