资料与方法 1病例资料观察组42例均选用病后超过恢复期15 d的病人,诊断符合《中华医学会全国脑血管病学术会议第二次修订标准》,并经头颅CT或MRI检查确诊:脑梗死35例,男21例,女14例。平均年龄61岁。脑出血7例,男5例,女2例。平均年龄59岁。对照组为同期脑血管疾病患者41例,其中脑梗塞32例,男20例,女12例。平均年龄60岁。脑出血9例,男5例,女4例。平均年龄58岁。观察组与对照组在年龄、性别、病情及血液流变学检测等方面无显著差异。
Materials and Methods 1 case data observation group of 42 patients were selected after the disease recovery period of 15 days of patients diagnosed in line with the “Chinese Medical Association National Cerebrovascular Disease Conference revised the second standard” and by head CT or MRI examination confirmed: 35 cases of cerebral infarction, 21 males and 14 females. The average age is 61 years old. 7 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 5 males and 2 females. The average age is 59 years old. The control group consisted of 41 patients with cerebrovascular disease in the same period, including 32 cerebral infarction, 20 males and 12 females. The average age is 60 years old. 9 cases of cerebral hemorrhage, 5 males and 4 females. The average age is 58 years old. There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in age, sex, illness and hemorheology.
