1 残疾人职业发展阶段性分析 1.1 概念 就业是通过完成职业行为获得劳动报酬与社会满足感的一种社会性活动。职业行为是个体的一种社会性行为,是个体在一定的社会驱动力的促进下从事的活动。职业发展是一个人随着年龄的增长、资历的变化和心理的发展,其职业行为也随之作有顺序的改变的过程。每个人在其人生的每个发展阶段往往会表现出一些明显的职业行为,这些行为特征也会随着职业发展而发生变化。在不同的职业发展阶段个体具有不同的职业发展任务。它是指一些与个人职业有关的发展任务,有些职业发展任务和个人所选择的职业有直接的关系,有的则是间接的关系。职业发展可用职业成熟来加以说明。这种职业成熟是指个人职业发展的程度和水准。一个人的职业行为若适合其年龄所应表现的发展水准,就可称为职业成熟;如果比同龄阶段的人表现得差
1 Phased Analysis of Career Development of Persons with Disabilities 1.1 Concept Employment is a kind of social activity that obtains remuneration and social satisfaction through the completion of professional activities.
